Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

10+ years of leadership experience managing technical consulting, professional services, applications engineering, or customer success organizations.

Significant experience within the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and PCB development industry.

Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed engineering and consulting teams.

Proven ability to drive services revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong executive communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.

Deep understanding of PCB design methodologies and ECAD design flows.

Experience developing strategic customer relationships and influencing technical decisions at all organizational levels.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

(MSEE), Computer Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent business leadership experience.

Experience with cloud-native ECAD platforms and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of PLM, ERP, and enterprise engineering system integrations.

Experience supporting semiconductor, aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-tech electronics customers.

The total cash compensation range for this position is 240,400to480,800 with 25% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
