Service Senior Staff (Dealer Operation Improvement - Open for Fresh) - Ha Noi

Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Operation Improvement (70%)

• Support Improvement activities for priority dealers, focusing on 5S, productivity, service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and dealer staff skills.

• Conduct on-site observations, identify operational issues, and propose practical improvement solutions under the Manager’s guidance.

• Assist in standardizing Improvement processes, providing training, and following up on improvement activities at dealers.

2. Field Activities (20%)

• Monitor the service performance, operational quality, customer satisfaction, and promotion activities of assigned dealers.

• Coordinate with dealers and relevant internal departments, and support training activities for dealer staff.

3. Reporting and Other Tasks (10%)

• Collect and update performance data; prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in University, major in Automotive/Operation Management or related fields.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Automotive or Operations Management are preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and will receive structured training and on-the-job coaching provided.

• Basic English communication skills; TOEIC 550 or equivalent is an advantage.

• Good communication and problem solving

• Have project management skills, on site continuous improvement skills, analytical skills.
