Kurtz Ersa Vietnam Company Limited represents the Ersa division across Vietnam and the region, delivering equipment sales, technical service, and application support to SMT customers. We are looking for a Service and Application Engineer to join our technical team, providing on-site service, installation, and application support for Ersa soldering and SMT equipment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, supervise the assembly of machinery, and carry out commissioning and trial operations at customer sites;

- Take full responsibility for service activities and provide technical support for operational processes;

- Support the sales team and provide technical consultations to customers regarding products and applications;

- Prepare and finalize service report documentation and warranty claim submissions;

- Conduct training sessions for customer personnel on the operation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment;

- Report and provide regular updates to the Service Manager on the technical status at customer sites; follow the directives of supervisors and comply with the Company's internal regulations governing administrative and operational activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

▪ From 1 to 3 years of experience in equipment technical service or maintenance in the SMT/DIP field. (Around 1 year of relevant experience welcome — we're happy to develop young talent starting a career in technical service).

▪ Proficient in the mechanical structure, circuit, and process knowledge of wave soldering/reflow soldering

▪ Able to adapt to frequent business trips from time to time. College degree or bachelor’s degree in electrical automation/mechatronics or related majors

▪ Have good teamwork skills and ability to work independently

▪ Good English communication skills; Chinese speaking ability is a strong advantage. Able to read technical data/diagrams in English.

▪ A young, energetic spirit with a genuine willingness to build a career in technical service.

▪ Passion for service work and working directly with people — this role means engaging daily with different customers, each with their own requirements and expectations.

▪ Ability to handle pressure and a demanding workload while staying positive and customer-focused.

▪ Willingness to travel for on-site customer visits across Vietnam (and occasionally the region).
