• Execute overall preventive and predictive maintenance for all production machines, auxiliary machines, utility & facility (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) according to the

Company’s Production Plan.

• Implement and/or lead implementation of new maintenance activities according to TPM (Total

Productive Maintenance) to improve equipment availability and reliability.

• Continuously observe and inquired on the machine status and provide immediate troubleshooting or/and provide remote support operators to resolve the machine issues.

• Creating and filing the problem soving report and/or root cause analysis for the long breakdown issue, repeated breakdown issue, high-cost spare part using issue, machine low reliability issue...etc.

• Defining the scope of work which is implemented by external service provider such as the machine installation, annual maintenance for some specific facility equipment / machines.

• Supervising the external service activities, final check and sign on the acceptance documents.

• Daily observe the production activities to find out the issues and propose innovative ideas that help to improve the efficiency of equipment and/or production tools.

• Design basic drawings of production tools, fixtures, jigs (modification or new fabrication) and coordinate with vendors to create the detail design, obtain quotations until receiving, testing and approving the new equipment’s.

• Proposing & implementing the OEE/ MUDA projects which can help to improve the efficiency of production activities, equipment and/or production tools, as well as cost-saving projects.

• Creating the operating instructions (WI) of machines, training of operators on machine operation, machine daily-weekly-monthly maintenance.

• Controlling the minimum stock machine spare-parts as well as the consumables, and make plan to order the necessary spare-parts on time.

• Supports other tasks assigned by Production & Service Manager.

- Coach, guide & improve maintenance skills of the related team.

Required skills & expertise (max. 9, functional, professional expertise, technological problem-solving:

- Mechanical & electrical skills are required. Good understanding about the electrical schematic diagram, pneumatic diagram, mechanical drawings.

- 3+ years’ Experience with the air compressor, cooling system and/or vaccum system is an advantage.

- Leadership and people management skills

- Self-discipline to provide reliable services, decision making based on facts

- Hands-on experience with all IT tools (Software & Hardware)

- Easy and professional communication skills.

- 3+ years' mechanical assembly experience with foundational knowledge in machining processes,

- 2D/3D drawing interpretation (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), and metrology skills (calipers/ CMM

- Proficient in mechanical/pneumatic component installation and basic electrical systems (sensor technologies).

- Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities and hands-on problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
