Service Application Engineer/Kỹ Sư Hỗ Trợ Dịch Vụ (Lương 18 - 21 Triệu)

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and technical support for all equipment represented by WKK.
• Provide on-site customer support, including machine installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and follow-up technical support.
• Respond to emergency service requests, including equipment repair, adjustment, replacement, and maintenance.
• Carry out equipment reconditioning, modification, overhaul, upgrades, and performance improvement.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation, including test results, root cause analysis, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Monitor machine performance and work closely with customers to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and product quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas suppliers to resolve technical issues when required.
• Travel to customer sites throughout Vietnam as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the PCB/SMT manufacturing industry or related equipment service.

- Good knowledge of PCB / SMT production equipment, such as

• Chip mounter
• ICT Tester
• Flying Probe Tester
• Chemical analyzing CVS machine
• Reliability PCB tester
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English (reading technical manuals and communicating with overseas suppliers is preferred).
• Willing to travel frequently for on-site customer support.
