This position plays a key role in supporting students’ mental health, wellbeing, and career development, while overseeing the life skills curriculum and child protection standards. Additionally, the role provides leadership within the Well-being Counseling Team (WbC) and serves as the primary focal point for reporting to the Board of School.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is primarily based at High School Campus; any additional campus assignments will be specified within the relevant responsibilities.

1. Psychological Counseling

- Oversee and execute individual and group consultations

- Oversee and execute data and information management, including psychological data systems, surveys, records, and documentation

- Oversee and plan psychological workshops and training sessions

- Oversee the Little Psychologists Club program at the currently assigned campus (HSC), with flexibility to support other assigned campuses as required

2. Career Counseling

- Oversee and execute and execute individual and group career consultations

- Oversee and execute and execute data and information management, including career-related data collection, surveys, and documentation

- Oversee career workshops and training programs

- Oversee and Plan career-related trips, assessments, and career fairs

3. Life Skills Teaching

Oversee the implementation of the life skills curriculum and instructional design

4. Safeguarding & Child Protection &

- Oversee and plan safeguarding-related education programs and professional development

- Oversee and plan child protection policies, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure safeguarding compliance

5. Admin & Reporting

Oversee and supervise administrative tasks and reporting related to counseling and wellbeing activities

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Level

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) majoring in psychology and educational psychology.

- Counseling certification (either university counseling or in other counseling fields) is an advantage.

- Career counseling and orientation knowledge

- Having a Teaching Qualification / Certificate is an advantage

2. Working Experience

- Working experience: Have at least 10 years of experience in psychological consultation room or relevant position

- Have 3 years of experience in university orientation consultation and study abroad (especially in the United States, Canada, Australia, etc.) is an advantage.

- Knowledge of or experience/certification in Child Safeguarding and Safeguarding in schools

3. Foreign language

Native English speakers or candidates with IELTS 6.5+ preferred

4. Other skills
