Overview

As a

Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and build scalable, high-performing applications that support complex, business-critical and transactional platforms. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop modern user experiences, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

5–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in

• Front-End Development: Proficiency in Angular, React, or similar frameworks for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Back-End Development: Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) OR Python with FastAPI for developing scalable, high-performance services.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices architectures.

Strong understanding of

• RDBMS: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• NoSQL: MongoDB, ELK, or similar technologies.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Solace, MQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including

• CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible scripts and HELM charts.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability and willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior developers, promoting engineering best practices.
• Experience building and supporting transactional and financial systems.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience with Python web frameworks, such as Flask or Django, for lightweight web development.
• Domain expertise in SWIFT Payments and ISO 20022 standards.

Experience with payment-processing applications, such as

• Payment Hubs
• Wire Engine
• Wire Room
• Similar payment platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating security protocols, such as JWT and OAuth, into applications.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Additional information
• Pay Range: $115,000 - $145,000
• The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
