Tuyển dụng (Senior) Software Engineer Android, Zalo Social tại Hồ Chí Minh

Join the engineering team behind Zalo Social, one of the largest social platforms in Vietnam. Working alongside ecosystem products such as Zalo Video, zStyle, you'll build experiences used by millions of users while solving challenging problems in performance, scalability, multimedia, and Android engineering.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences;
• Build engaging social experiences for millions of users, balancing product requirements with engineering quality, performance, and scalability;
• Design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions for complex product requirements;
• Optimize application performance, stability, memory usage, startup time, and UI rendering to ensure the best experience for millions of users;
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including crashes, ANRs, performance bottlenecks, and user experience regressions;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving engineering practices and application architecture.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2+ years of Android development experience, with solid experience in designing and building production-ready applications using Kotlin and Java;
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Data Structures & Algorithms;
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with modern Android architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture);
• Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming and reactive state management;
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals, including lifecycle, concurrency, networking, memory management, and UI rendering;
• Experience profiling and optimizing Android applications, including memory usage, startup performance, UI rendering, and identifying memory leaks (e.g., LeakCanary, Macrobenchmark);
• Experience investigating and debugging production issues such as crashes, ANRs, and performance bottlenecks;
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve engineering productivities.
