Navigos Search's Client is looking for Senior SAP Functional Consultants to join our SAP project team. Depending on your functional expertise, you will be responsible for either SAP CO/PS or SAP MM and work closely with business users, customers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

For SAP CO/PS Consultants

• Analyze business requirements and develop SAP solutions for project controlling and financial management.
• Support project planning, budgeting, cost monitoring, allocation, settlement and period-end closing.
• Work with project structures, WBS, cost planning, actual/committed cost tracking and project settlement.
• Support CO master data, account assignment, allocation and related controlling processes.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, SD and other SAP teams to ensure smooth integration across business processes.

For SAP MM Consultants

• Analyze business requirements and develop SAP solutions for procurement and inventory management.
• Support end-to-end purchasing processes, from purchase requisition and purchase order through goods receipt and invoice verification.
• Manage inventory processes including goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory and reconciliation.
• Support material and purchasing master data and related organizational structures.
• Collaborate with FI, CO, SD, PP and other SAP teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.

Common responsibilities

• Investigate functional issues, identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP, Fiori and other technical teams for system enhancements, interfaces and reports.
• Participate in functional/integration testing, UAT, user training, deployment, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and AMS projects.
• Communicate directly with international customers and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in either SAP CO/PS or SAP MM.

- Strong functional knowledge in one of the following areas

• SAP CO/PS: project controlling, WBS, budgeting, cost monitoring, allocation, settlement and closing.
• SAP MM: procurement, purchasing, inventory management, stock movement and invoice verification.
• Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD and PP, depending on functional area.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or major rollout.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with technical/development teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate directly with global customers.
• Willingness to learn or support related SAP processes when required by project needs.
• Available to work 14:00–23:00 Vietnam time or other schedules depending on project requirements.
• Willing to travel or work onsite in Korea or other countries when required.2a
