Tuyển dụng Senior Product Specialist, Zalo Video (View Experiences) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Lead the end-to-end viewer experience across Zalo Video;
• Own the end-to-end viewer journey when users consume content on Zalo Video, including Player, Livestream, Profile, Search & Explore experiences;
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities to improve the usability, reliability, and overall quality of the viewer experience;
• Identify key user pain points and opportunities across the viewer journey, and translate them into product solutions and actionable initiatives;
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Content, and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, and roll out viewer experience improvements;
• Monitor and diagnose product performance through user behavior, feedback, and key experience metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement;
• Ensure a seamless and consistent viewing experience across different content formats and user scenarios;
• Drive experimentation and data-driven optimization to improve content consumption, user engagement, and viewing quality;
• Lead and develop team members through clear goal setting, prioritization, coaching, and regular performance feedback.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields;
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related fields, preferably in consumer-facing digital products, video, content, or media platforms;
• Strong experience in owning end-to-end product experiences, user journeys, and product roadmaps;
• Strong understanding of video consumption, player experience, livestream, search, discovery, or other content platform experiences;
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and user insights to identify product opportunities and diagnose experience issues;
• Strong understanding of product usability, reliability, performance, and user experience quality;
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, Content, and other stakeholders;
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring or leading product team members;
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast-paced product environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
