• Do research on the mobile game market, especially on the users' insight and upcoming trends;
• Come up with the idea for the game, Gameplay prototypes, and bring them to the table with the line managers;
• Design new games and optimize, upgrade the current ones, including game loop design, game elements, gameplay mechanics, level design, features design, missions design, and game UX design;
• Be in charge of the game design document, game specifications;
• Collaborate with the Artist and Developer to develop and materialize the ideas from game design documents;
• Plan for the Game Testing plan, adjust and optimize the game during the DEV process to make sure user experience is the best which is possible;
• Follow, analyze, and review the health index of the game and propose an action to balance the game.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Passion for gaming, ability to really "feel" the game. High regularity of playing mobile games with a diversity of genres;
• Understand user's habits and behaviors. Deep knowledge of mobile games, game genres, and factors that make a game attractive;
• Ability to analyze data to balance the game. Impressive logical and mathematical mindset;
• Experience working and presenting with wireframes, mockups and flowcharts;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Game Designer.
