• Prepare and collect all necessary documents, product information to implement product license and certificate application in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Understand the local HS Codes, support on HS code checking files.
• Prepare and manage product quality dossiers such as Conformity certificates, Declaration of Conformity, Self-product declaration, Product Declaration and Declaration of Conformity.
• Work and coordinate with service vendors or even with relevant government authorities on product quality matters and other product-related regulatory procedures.
• Record and maintain data report, tracking status report for licenses and certificates applications at SKU level.
• Review product labels, packaging information and mandatory declarations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Handle translation for product description, product specification, Vietnamese label and follow up notarized translation with Translation service (if needed).
• Prepare and proceed payments to vendors for license, certificate application service fee and product testing fee.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, provide input on the impact of change of regulations.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc Product Compliance reports as required by management and relevant authorities.
• Support regulatory inspections, inquiries and other requests from competent authorities.
• Perform other Product Compliance-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Education

• Bachelor degree in any related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

• 02+ years of experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance/Quality Control or Self-Product Declaration is preferred.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing regulatory and quality documentation.

Knowledge

• Good understanding of local regulations and compliance obligations
• HS codes knowledge.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Quality management systems is a plus, e.g. QCVN, TCVN.
• Understanding of regulations and standards affecting products of MR DIY.

Foreign Language: English is preferred

Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with suppliers and government authorities.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify compliance gaps and potential risks.
• Ability to manage multiple products, documents and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint.
