• Communicate with customers to clarify order details, quality standards, and packing instructions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize production disruptions.
• Arrange initial, inline, and final inspections with the immediate manager and/or customers’ QA/QC teams to support on-time shipments and prevent customer claims.
• Confirm and finalize over- or under-shipment quantities with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly reports for assigned merchandising activities.
• Coordinate daily tasks within the team to meet deadlines and requirements from related departments.
• Maintain accountability, fairness, and respectful collaboration with team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong Korean communication skills and excellent English proficiency.
• 5–8 years of relevant garment merchandising experience, including experience in a comparable role within a trading company or buying office.
• Denim apparel expertise.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with practical examples of resolving merchandising or production issues.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify potential risks early.
• A responsible, focused, and proactive working approach.
