• Job Summary

Responsible for marketing, business development, and investment promotion activities for industrial real estate projects, focusing on attracting international investors, developing business relationships, and supporting investors throughout the investment process in Vietnam.

• Job Details

1. Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and implement marketing and business development activities to promote industrial real estate projects and attract potential investors.
• Identify and approach global manufacturers and potential investors to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing investors.
• Plan and coordinate investment promotion events, seminars, exhibitions, site visits, branding, digital marketing, PR, and other communication activities.

2. Investor Relations

• Advise investors on investment procedures, licensing, company establishment, and business operations in Vietnam.
• Provide information on the local business environment, legal requirements, and available industrial park locations.

3. Market Research

• Monitor and analyze industrial real estate market trends, FDI trends, economic developments, and industrial policies in Vietnam.
• Track policy changes that may affect investment decisions.

4. Networking & Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, government authorities, and business associations.
• Represent the company at networking events and professional forums.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 30-43 years old
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, Investment Promotion, Industrial Real Estate, FDI-related services, or another relevant B2B sector.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Good command of English.
• Demonstrated understanding of FDI, investment policies, and business establishment procedures in Vietnam.
• Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

{PREFER}

• Candidates with substantial experience and leadership capabilities may be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
• Chinese or Korean language skills.
• Networking and business development capabilities.

• Holiday : 3 Saturday + 1 Saturday afternoon, Sunday, Holidays
• Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:00 From Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday morning (during the two-month probationary period, you will be required to work full Saturdays)
• Salary : 25,000,000 - 45,000,000 VND Gross
