Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior CAD Operator with strong experience in interior fit-out and construction projects.

This is a senior-only position, requiring the ability to independently produce detail-level interior drawings directly connected to construction.

The candidate will work closely with the design team, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready drawings.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings

• Produce drawings based on design intent, technical requirements, and site conditions

• Coordinate with designers, engineers, project managers, and site teams

• Revise drawings based on internal reviews, site feedback, and client comments

• Verify and cross-check site dimensions against drawings when required

• Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready

• Perform self-checks to maintain drawing quality

• Manage, organize, and archive drawing records properly

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 6 years of CAD and interior construction drawing experience

• Degree or professional education in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related fields

• Ability to produce detail-level interior drawings independently

• Strong understanding of interior construction methods and detailing

• English: daily conversation level required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
