• Collaborate with Brand and Commercial teams to develop and execute influencer marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives. 
• Execute influencer booking plans in line with quarterly and full-year marketing plans. 
• Research, evaluate, and propose suitable Influencers for campaigns based on target audiences, campaign objectives, and budget. 
• Prepare booking proposals and quotations, negotiate rates, and optimize campaign KPIs and budget efficiency. 
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, monitor performance, ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements, and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations. 
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to prepare and process contracts, payment documents, and other relevant paperwork for Influencer collaborations. 
• Proactively identify new Influencers, build and maintain relationships, and expand the influencer network. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC Marketing, or a related marketing role. 
• Good understanding of the influencer ecosystem, social media platforms, and current influencer marketing trends.  
• Proven experience in influencer sourcing, booking negotiation, campaign execution, budget management, and performance reporting. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize KPIs based on data. 
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable for work quality and campaign outcomes.
