What You Will Do

• Compile and analyze monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors; take charge of the monthly forecasting, the annual budget, and variance tracking.

• Prepare and finalize the Vietrose group companies' Financial Statements (IFRS and VAS); coordinate directly with external auditors and manage the annual Audit Reports.

• Directly handle corporate tax (CIT) compliance and statutory filings; review quarterly VAT and PIT reports prepared by the team before submission.

• Act as the primary back-up for the accounting team to safeguard operational continuity.

• Upskill in cross-border taxation across the group's international operations.

What We Are Looking For

• 5–7 years of strong background in full-cycle accounting, tax regulations, and hands-on execution; senior accountant level in a previous company.

• Solid knowledge of IFRS; strong command of VAS and Vietnamese tax regulations.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing;

• Chief Accountant certificate, ACCA or CPA is an advantage.

• Proficient business English (written and spoken) – daily working language with Vietrose's overseas group companies, international banks and external auditors.

• A fast learner with strong attention to detail, able to quickly absorb new regulations and work across diverse cultures.
