This is your chance to be a

Senior Executive, Strategic Planner who creates high-performing digital marketing campaigns. You will manage the entire campaign process, starting with turning client goals into practical and innovative plans.

This involves using strong customer research to create and run powerful influencer strategies and overall communication plans.

What You'll Do

Clarify and analyze briefs provided by the Account Management team to thoroughly understand business challenges and goals, developing proposals aligned with client objectives.

Lead the strategic communication planning process based on campaign requirements, leveraging AI and internal tools to optimize task efficiency.

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies: Lead the development of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target audiences, influencer personas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Conduct in-depth research to gain comprehensive consumer insights and market knowledge, ensuring strategic alignment of all campaign executions.

Develop compelling presentations and effectively communicate strategic recommendations  to both internal teams and clients.

Allocate the KOL budget to maximize KPIs and optimize overall campaign impact.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Creative Planners, and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Represent the agency in client meetings by presenting strategies and providing expert consultations.

Develop the post-campaign performance report and deliver insights to the stakeholders.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field

3-4 years of working experience in Communication Strategic Planning or related field

In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, key performance indicators, and the ability to propose tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success

Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in measuring campaign performance across various metrics

Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good communication skills in Thai, with English proficiency

Experience in using AI for work is required
