Objective

To present, promote, and coordinate the sale of the company’s products to customers in line with company policies, strategies, and departmental guidelines. Additionally, act as a company representative, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibility

• Build relationships with retailers to present the company’s profile and product offerings effectively.

• Identify and expand the retail customer base to ensure consistent growth and market coverage.

• Gather and report key customer feedback and visit summaries to ensure team alignment.

• Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Explore and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the retail industry.

• Developing marketing and sales strategies to achieve retail sales targets.

• Collaborate with Sales Admin, Planning, and Logistics teams to manage order processing and delivery schedules for retail customers.

• Handle any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Deputy Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Proven working experience in furniture, interior design or decorative construction material industry is preferable.

• Connection with prospective customer.

Knowledge & Skills

• Good interpersonal skills and have creativity.

• Presentation Skills.

• Good English written and verbal communication.
