1. Job Purpose

Lead the SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solution across Aluko Group entities: provide day-to-day support to Finance and Accounting users, translate business requirements into system design and configuration, and deliver the FICO scope on domestic and overseas implementation / rollout projects.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

▪ User support – Provide direct support to users on issue resolution and system requests; ensure timely closure within agreed service levels.

▪ Requirement & process analysis – Lead the collection of business requirements, analyze change requests and propose To-Be end-to-end processes or improvements to the As-Is solution to simplify and standardize processes.

▪ Configuration & design – Perform SAP FI/CO configuration and develop functional specifications for development based on approved requirements, mainly focused on FI module.

▪ Integration – Ensure FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, PM and with legacy systems (MES, banking, e-invoice…).

▪ Period-end & compliance – Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, internal control and audit requirements; ensure compliance with local statutory and Group accounting policy.

▪ Project delivery – Join the project team to implement/ roll-out SAP FICO for overseas projects: fit-gap, configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hyper care.

▪ Training & documentation – Conduct user training and maintain the document set (BBP, functional specs, configuration guide, user manuals).

▪ Task management – Manage, keep track and follow up assigned tasks promptly; report progress, risks and issues to team leader.

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline.

▪ At least 5 years of experience with SAP FICO covering both application support and implementation / rollout projects, including at least one full-cycle project for SAP S4HANA.

▪ Strong ability to analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes, complete complex business design for gaps and interfaces, and configure the system to meet user requirements.

▪ Solid understanding of FI–MM–SD integration and the accounting entries generated from logistics transactions, especially for a manufacturing company.

▪ Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

▪ Good communication and presentation skills in English; highly motivated and customer service oriented.

4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

▪ SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Financial Accounting.

▪ Experience on overseas implementation or rollout projects
