Support Sales in following up with and maintaining existing customers, receiving and handling customer requests in a timely manner.

Follow up on Bookings, cargo status, vessel schedules, and issues arising during the transportation process.

Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Documentation, and Accounting teams to handle customer requests and ensure shipment progress.

Follow up on customers’ shipment plans, Booking requirements, and other requests; provide timely updates to Sales.

Assist Sales in preparing quotations, Booking information, shipment status updates, Billing, and other related documents.

Maintain regular communication with customers, especially Key Accounts/major customers, to ensure service quality.

Receive and coordinate the handling of issues arising during the transportation process.

Support Sales in maintaining customer relationships and identifying customers’ potential business needs.

Prepare relevant reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate directly with customers and business partners.

At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.

Experience in Customer Service (CS), Operations (OP), Sales, Sales Support, or Pricing is preferred.

Experience and knowledge of the US Trade Lane.

Experience in handling and maintaining Key Accounts/major customers.

Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
