The Sales & Marketing Events Intern supports the promotion of the company’s events, competitions, educational tours and youth programmes. The role includes researching potential customers and partners, updating contact databases, assisting with email and social media marketing, following up on enquiries and supporting participant recruitment. The intern will also coordinate with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to assist with event preparation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct market research, formulate strategies, and directly execute outreach plans, with a specific focus on B2B.
• Directly plan outreach, engage, and negotiate B2B partnerships with a network of schools.
• Prepare tailored proposals and brochures for client pitches.
• Manage client follow-ups.
• Plan, establish operational workflows, and directly coordinate end-to-end logistics for cultural and artistic events.
• Oversee on-site execution, manage potential risks, and coordinate on-site personnel.

Requirements and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Business, or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders or tasks
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or related fields
• Comfortable travel for training in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam
