1. Territory Management and Prospecting

• Manage a designated sales territory, prioritizing high-potential prospects and accounts.
• Conduct regular prospecting activities, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events.
• Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify key decision-makers and influencers.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
• Conduct onsite visits and facility tours to assess client requirements and propose customized service offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on logistics best practices and value-added services.

3. Sales Strategy Execution

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements and meet customer expectations.

4. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within your territory.
• Gather intelligence on customer needs, preferences, and pain points to refine sales strategies and offerings.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on market insights and competitive positioning.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, adjusting action plan as needed to drive results.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for sales management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Maritime, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years-experience sales in forwarding company
• Having more sales experience in USA/Canada Trade will be preferred
• Familiar with CRM, Sales Weekly Reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing decision-makers.
• Good communication in English
