- Engage with customers to understand requirements, receive project information, and maintain effective communication throughout projects.

- Conduct market surveys and research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

- Prepare tender/bidding documents and review, read, and translate technical documentation.

- Coordinate technical information and project requirements between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

- Communicate and work with domestic and international suppliers to obtain technical specifications, product information, and project documents.

- Support suitable technical solutions based on customer and project requirements; perform other duties assigned by the Sales Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Food Chemistry Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage processing industry; experience with packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or factory maintenance is an advantage.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and automation systems: PLC, servo motors, electric valves, cylinders, sensors, servo drives, control panels, and HMI.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD; English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600+, with ability to communicate, read, and translate technical documents.

- Commercial mindset with strong communication, presentation, observation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; persistent, proactive, hardworking, adaptable, and willing to learn.

- Willingness to undertake long-distance business trips when required.

-        Working time: From Monday to Friday (Able to support the customer in the weekend by phone in case of needed).

-        Mobile phone allowance: 400.000 VND/month

-        Staying overnight allowance and meals allowance.

The Allowance will Not pay for after sale in case of support Sale Dept. for new project, Project’s Survey

-        Only apply for after sale and engineers who stay in the night for Machine’s installation, troubleshooting, change parts, Spare Parts Checking or the jobs requested by Oversea Supplier with chargeable.

-        Exception of special case will be approval via Email, WhatsApp by Director.

-        Overtime: Applies after 8 working hours/day (exclude 1h lunch break). Overtime will be calculated according to Vietnamese Regulation (Applicable only to after-sales services and engineers assigned to machine installation, troubleshooting, parts replacement, spare parts inspection, or other chargeable services requested by overseas suppliers.)

-        Staying allowance (lunch & dinner & miscellaneous): EU/day for Europe trip and USD/day for Asia trip (only apply for after safe and Engineers who stay in the night).

-        Sales Commission in accordance with the company’s commission scheme.

-        Additional insurances besides the mandatory insurances: Bao Viet Health care Insurance & Personal accident Insurance for all staffs and have health check every year.

-        Company Outing: Once a year

-        13th month salary.

-        14 days of annual leave/year.

-        Welfare benefits: birthday, marriage, funeral, maternity, and other allowances per Company regulations.

-        Year-end bonus based on the company's business performance.

Salary increased annual: one time per year based on the capacity & company’s business.
