We are seeking a Sales Director in Ho Chi Minh City to lead our high-end Project Sales / B2B division covering Luxury Interiors, Kitchens, Wardrobes, Sanitaryware, and Wellness. This role works directly with Architects, Developers, and Contractors to spearhead EuroStyle’s expansion in the Southern market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, assign KPIs, and conduct weekly coaching for the HCMC sales team.

● B2B Network Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, design studios, developers, MEP contractors, and fit-out partners in Southern Vietnam.

● Integrated Solution Sales: Drive cross-pillar adoption (Architecture, Wellness, Living, Styling) within assigned projects.

● Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage the CRM sales pipeline across all stages (Lead, Meeting, Quotation, Deal Closure, Payment); take accountability for accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.

● Principal & Brand Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Managers and European principals on key major projects (including coordinating client visits to overseas headquarters/showrooms).

● Reporting: Report directly to the CEO and contribute to strategic business planning.

Must-Have:

● Proven leadership skills in team management and revenue target achievement.

● High discipline in CRM pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

● Professional working proficiency in English, capable of direct communication with European brand principals.

Nice-to-Have:

● Background in high-end building materials, premium sanitaryware, or luxury wellness sectors.

● Proven track record in specifying premium products via architects, developers, or MEP contractors (specific project references required).

● Strong background in Project Sales / B2B within luxury kitchens, wardrobes, sanitaryware, wellness, or premium fit-out sectors.

● Experience working within structured European brand sales systems with regular pipeline review discipline.
