Sales Admin plays a core operational bridge role, closely collaborating with the sales team and project department to ensure smooth and efficient sales activities. Since the company operates on a made-to-order basis and sales staff handle pricing individually per order, this role focuses on supporting administrative workflows, tracking contracts, and managing post-order fulfillment to maximize customer satisfaction

• Input and accurately update customer and order-related data into the CRM system.
• Assist in drafting contracts based on sales specifications, tracking the signing process, and managing document archiving and distribution to clients, suppliers, and partners. 
• Receive requests from sales, project, and other departments; liaise with suppliers; place purchase orders; and execute the procurement process for materials and goods in accordance with established regulations.
• Prepare delivery documents and records in full compliance with contracts and sales requirements; coordinate with service providers and the sales department to execute smooth order deliveries. 
• Monitor incoming order schedules, stocked goods (if any), and update inventory/order status records accurately. 
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested.

• Graduated from college or higher majoring in Law, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields. 
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, sales admin, or order fulfillment operations.
• Proficiency in office software; familiarity with AI tools and Misa CRM is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational, planning, and independent working skills
• Ability to handle tasks and situations flexibly and effectively under unexpected circumstances. 
• Knowing English and Chinese is an advantage.
