• Prepare the quotation based on the offers of suppliers and quote to CLIENT.
• Prepare the bidding documents based on the ITB. Pay attention to the mandatory requirements such as brands, origin, final documents at the delivery phase, delivery terms, payment terms, closing date, bidding form, and supporting documents at the bidding phase.
• Prepare the documents and cooperate with the Finance & Accounting Department to issue the Bid Bond if required.
• Follow up on the status of the quotations with CLIENT and update the track record.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Cross-check CLIENT’s Purchase Order and compare it with the latest version of the quotation. Pay attention to the main points such as brands, descriptions, final documents at the delivery phase, delivery terms, payment terms, and special requirements if any.
• After confirming the PO with CLIENT, prepare the PO for SUPPLIERS and cooperate with TECHNICAL TEAM to collect and submit the documents for approval, such as GA drawing, procedures, production plan, or whatever CLIENT requires and specifies in the PO.
• Cooperate with FINANCE TEAM to collect and submit the documents to apply for advance payment to CLIENT and follow up until completion.
• Follow up and collect the approval documents (Ex: GA Drawing, Procedures, etc.) from CLIENT, if any, then share with TECHNICAL TEAM to submit to SUPPLIERS.
