Main duties:

Local and overseas payments

• Receive and record to registered books all payment orders from customers and incoming payments from nostro banks.

• Verify authorized customers’ signatures and stamp for required documents.

• Process payment, make tracer if any.

• Run EOD clearing for local payment.

• File remittance documents.

• Follow up pending documents relating to transactions processed.

• Answer customers’ inquiries on account balance or transaction investigation, send documents required by customers relating to transactions via email (with consultation with supervisor for irregular cases)

• Follow up pending remittances (tracer, returned payment, pending payment order).

FX/MM settlement

• Process funds transfer, validate FX/MM settlement in core system based on confirmation and ticket given by Capital markets & Treasury.

• Follow up status of sent out FX/MM settlement.

• Follow up and process FX/MM settlements on value date and/or due date.

• File FX/MM settlement documents.

• Answer counterparty banks’ inquiries on FX/MM settlement.

Others

• Monitor account opening, closing in system

• Record, update, scan authorized signatures in the system.

• Book interest and charges in Nostro bank’s accounts.

• Create customer information on E-invoice system.

• Prepare AML daily report to SBV.

• Back up for other staff in peak time or during their absence.

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department.

• Be familiar with Microsoft office.

• Good level in English.

• Responsible, team-work spirit, dynamic.

• Focus on details.

Experience/ Qualification and Education

Experience

• Familiar with CITAD, VCB, swift alliance money system.

• Understanding various kinds of VAT

• Understanding SBV’s foreign exchange control regulations.

Education

• University graduated.
