- Provide operational financial oversight and strategic support to the General Manager.
Manage all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and submit detailed financial reports — including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts — for hotel management and ownership review.

- Ensure compliance with local financial governance and statutory requirements, including quarterly and annual reporting obligations.

- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support hotel business decisions and operational improvements.

- Implement and maintain financial controls to drive cost efficiency across key operational areas such as food, beverage, and labor.

- Lead, train, and develop the hotel finance team to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with corporate standards.

Education & Certification

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality or service industry finance management.

- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Experience managing cash flow, cost control, and owner reporting.

- Familiarity with local statutory compliance and tax regulations in Vietnam.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of financial controls, P&L management, and balance sheet oversight.

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced <ins>Excel<ins> skills.

- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights.

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop finance teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication skills for liaising with hotel management and ownership.

- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance.

Other Requirements

- Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.

- Strong business acumen with a focus on cost efficiency and operational improvement.
