About the Role

GIANTY is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support international executive search projects for a leading Japanese fitness and wellness company with a growing global presence.

This is a hands-on, project-based role for an independent recruitment professional who can own the full search cycle — from sourcing to offer close — without requiring detailed briefing or ongoing direction. You will source, engage, and close. Not oversee others doing it.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search for Manager-level and above positions across international markets (Asia and USA)
• Independently build and manage candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing channels — direct headhunting, cold mapping, LinkedIn and professional networks, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment; deliver clear, direct recruitment recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations end-to-end, with a strong ability to maintain momentum through complex or extended deal cycles
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients — proactive, clear, and reliable throughout the engagement
• Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Proven track record in executive search or headhunting — senior-level hiring (Manager, Director, Country Manager, or equivalent), preferably across international markets
• Self-sufficient sourcer: able to map talent pools, build pipelines, and approach cold candidates independently across multiple channels
• Strong offer negotiation skills — experienced handling pushback, extended deal cycles, and keeping candidate engagement warm
• Excellent English communication — direct, clear, and confident with both clients and candidates
• High responsiveness and ownership mindset: gives clear answers, flags issues early, moves without being pushed
• Experience working with Japanese clients or cross-cultural stakeholders is a strong advantage
