The R&D is responsible for maintaining high Quality Assurance standards. By conducting rigorous Quality Assurance testing on solubility, flavor, and shelf-stability, the role bridges the gap between lab-scale innovation and factory production for Instant coffee products, ensuring every recipe is accurately documented and flawlessly executed within project timelines.

• Track progress of new development projects.
• Receive and manage incoming lab samples.
• Review COA parameters and technical documents.
• Support formula development activities.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timeline and quality compliance.
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Biotechnology.
• 2 years of experience as an R&D engineer in coffee/ FMCG Food industry.

Technical Competences

• Practical experience in packed food production supervision
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee/ food engineering
• Marketing and design experience preferred.
• Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
• Good communication skills

• Precision: High attention to detail in formulas, solubility tests, and QA documentation.
• Coordination: Proactively aligns with factory and marketing teams to meet project timelines.
• Integrity: Maintains strict confidentiality regarding proprietary recipes and cost data.

Other requirements

• A good command of English is a plus (written and spoken)
• Office: This is a Sucafina office role based in Vietnam. Regular office attendance expected.
