Review customer RFQ requirements and ensure sufficient information is available for quotation preparation.

Analyze BOM and material, including components, PCB, mechanical parts and other materials required for the product.

Coordinate with relevant teams and suppliers to collect and consolidate material pricing.

Review material availability, lead time, MOQ and potential sourcing risks that may impact the quotation.

Analyze manufacturing requirements and processes to determine conversion costs, including assembly, testing, labor, machine time and other production-related costs.

Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to establish appropriate production assumptions and costing.

Calculate tooling, setup, NRE and other manufacturing-related costs where applicable.

Consolidate material and manufacturing costs to establish the overall product cost.

Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, forecast volumes and agreed commercial assumptions.

Analyze cost changes and identify key cost drivers between quotation revisions.

Maintain quotation data, costing assumptions and revision history.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and other relevant teams throughout the quotation process.

Ensure all quotations comply with procurement policies, legal regulations and customer agreements.

Any other duties as and when required by  Manager and MD/ OD.

Requirements

University graduated

3 -5+ years  experience

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry.

Excellent attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure; strong sense of urgency.

Readily able to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.

Must be open to feedback and can be flexible and adaptable

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent negotiation abilities with strong math skills.

Able to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals, excellent relationship management skills.

Excellent English skills written and verbal

Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, to include Excel, Word and Outlook.
