QUALITY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

- Manage overall Quality Control / Quality Management activities at the factory.
- Establish and maintain:
- Quality standards.
- Inspection criteria.
- Quality control procedures.
- Customer quality requirements.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet required specifications.
- Analyze quality issues and product defects.
- Perform:
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous improvement activities:
- Kaizen activities.
- Process improvement.
- Defect reduction.
- Manage quality documents, records, and quality data.
- Prepare quality reports for management and customers.
- Support:
- Internal audits.
- Customer audits.
- Quality system improvement activities.
- Communicate with overseas customers regarding quality issues.
- Coordinate with:
- Production Department.
- Engineering Department.
- Suppliers.
- Support supplier quality improvement activities.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Major in:
- Mechanical Engineering.
- Industrial Engineering.
- Manufacturing Engineering.
- Quality Management.
- Related technical fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Management.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is required.
Preferred experience:
- Automotive parts manufacturing
- Mechanical processing industry
- Industrial components production
- Japanese/Korean manufacturing companies
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management processes.
Experience in:
- Quality inspection.
- Defect analysis.
- Problem solving.
- Corrective action management.
- Continuous improvement activities.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Language:
- English: Business communication level required.
- Japanese/Korean language is an advantage.
