Quality Inspector - LED Lighting Industry (Kỹ Sư Chất Lượng Điện Tử - Đèn LED)

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials (e.g., LED chips, PCBs, wires) and finished LED light strip products according to established quality standards, inspection checklists, and customer requirements.
• Perform various tests on LED light strips, including but not limited to brightness measurement, color consistency check, voltage and current testing, waterproof performance evaluation (IP rating verification), adhesion strength test, and lifespan sampling test.
• Audit production processes, such as soldering process, assembly and packaging.
• Ensure that all products meet the company's established quality standards and relevant industry specifications. Identify any non - conformities or defects.
• When non - conforming products are identified, take appropriate actions such as tagging, segregating, or quarantining them to prevent their unintended use. Report the non - conformities to the relevant departments, like production, material or engineering, and collaborate with them to determine the root causes and corrective actions.
• Continuously monitor the production process to detect any potential quality issues early. Provide feedback to the production team about quality trends and areas that need improvement. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization activities to enhance overall product quality.

• Have knowledge and experience in inspections of raw materials (IQC), semi-finished products (IPQC) and finished products (FQC). Use various inspection tools and techniques such as measuring instruments, gauges, and visual inspection methods to check product dimensions, appearance, performance, and other quality - related characteristics.
• A high school diploma or above. Some technical training in quality inspection, metrology, or a related field is preferred.
• English proficiency (reading and writing are required). Basic listening and speaking skills are acceptable.
• Knowledge and experience in electrical industrial is preferred.
• Understanding basic quality management principles and familiarity with quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometer etc.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and record product defects.
• Some previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality-related role.
• 1-2 years of working experience in quality inspection, preferably in the LED lighting industry, with a solid understanding of LED light strip production processes and quality control points.
• Good communication skills to report findings and work with other departments effectively.
