Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with High School diploma/GED.

Strong leadership and time management skills, understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in capacity of engineering or quality functions for power distribution equipment.
• 2+ years exposure to electrical components or knowledge of electrical components.
• Knowledge of prevailing codes (UL1558, UL891, UL508).
• Knowledge of power distribution components (breaker, relays, communication devices).
• Associates degree or technical training in area of responsibility

• The pay range for this position is $68,830 - $117,994 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
