Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product quality produced by suppliers meeting quality requirement set by wilson amer sports companies.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform on-site quality inspection towards material, parts, semi-finished & finished products as well as labelling & packaging in different stage of product production.

• Prepare & submit various inspection reports as per wilson amer sports requirement timely.

• To provide other data & information regarding quality issues to qc supervisor / manager to support their factory quality evaluation work.

• Conduct routine & random on-site inspections in supplier factories:

a. It may include different stages of the production cycling (Ex- material, pre-production, in-line and final delivery)

b. It covers different areas according to production & delivery schedule (Ex- product configuration & quality, labeling & package compliance, etc.)

• Prepare & submit various inspection records & reports as per Amer Sports policy, procedure, and template.

• Update quality control master files/reports/database (Ex- running change, Shipment quality memo) and to maintain necessary documentation systematically.

• Assist to follow up with supplier implementation in regards the Correction Action Plan.

• Assist & support supervisor/manager to explore possible causes and solution for any quality issues (feedback/complaint) from Marketing Team.

• Keep alert on production status tie with the informed production schedule, and feedback relevant information/update to concerned parties (Ex- counterpart in PPP/Industrialization team).

***Communicable in Chinese (listening and speaking) & English (Reading & Writing)***

• Upper – secondary (High School) or equivalent

• 1-2 years working experiences preferred in relevant industry

• Good Interpersonal and communication skill.

• Basic computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.

• Visual capability – normal and without color-blindness
