• Perform incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical parts against technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct finished goods inspection (including mechanical, electrical and functional inspections) prior to delivery to ensure conformity with customer and internal requirements.
• Use and maintain precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height measuring devices.
• Interpret and verify detailed mechanical drawings and technical documents.
• Identify and report non-conformities and follow up with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and improvement of quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Engineering as secondary knowledge is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (including tolerances, GD&T, and surface finishes).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams, identify symbols, components, and devices shown in the drawings, and understand the operating principles and relationships between components within the systems.
• Proficient in using a wide range of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments and tools.
• Knowledge of operating automated machinery and equipment in production, including understanding operating principles, operating procedures, machine parameter settings, and adjustment methods.
• Understanding of basic electrical components, equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality control best practices.
• Skilled in documentation, report writing, and using inspection checklists.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, ...).
• Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions

• Working days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays WFH)
• Workplace: Linh Trung Export Processing Zone 1, Linh Xuan Ward, HCMC
