Tuyển dụng Quality Assurance Officer tại Hồ Chí Minh

·       To ensure all the Fresh Suppliers’ certification is valid (Organic, GlobalGAP, VietGAP, ISO 22000, HACCP...)

·       Manage the supplier’s documents database that she's in charge

·       Evaluate goods declaration (food, non-food in food and non-food) from suppliers to ensure they meet Vietnamese regulation.

·       Do food declaration for company’s signature products in a timely manner

·       Specifying quality requirements of fresh products with suppliers and all related department

·       Audit suppliers

·       Follow up and conduct quality monitoring programs (periodically sampling and sensory, quantity, physical-chemical or microbiological testing) on products to ensure the quality consistency of the products

·       Coordinate with other related departments to resolve customer complaints related to product quality

·       Follow up other programs (equipment calibration, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, SOP training, health examination ...) according to regulation requirements/ company regulations.

·       To ensure all related legal documents of store in charge is valid (Food Safety & Hygiene condition Certificate; Wine license;...)

·       Perform permanent/ random auditing on the improvements of our store management by the full respect of our top 5 main processes:

- Personal hygiene

- Cross contamination

- Time & temperature

- Shelf life & near expiry date policy

- Stock management

·       Keep in touch with local authority organization to get the necessary information, support documents as well as to follow up and carry out the designated tasks.

·       Support stores on authority inspections, taking corrective actions and reporting related to Food Safety & Hygiene.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Graduating from University with the major in food technology, chemical technology or microbiology.
• Have knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, ... (advantage)
• Having 2 years experienced working in quality assurance/ quality control in the food retailer.
• Ability to work in high pressure, well-organization, planning, solving problem.
