Quality Assurance Manager

iSMART Education is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems across the organization.
This position plays a key role in standardizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and improve company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Collaborate with department leaders to build standardized processes aligned with business objectives.
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Plan and deliver training programs to ensure quality standards are consistently implemented.
Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance across departments and branches.
Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to Management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
At least 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Internal Audit, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process optimization, and compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a systematic mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
