QS Senior Mechanical Engineer

- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for Mechanical works.

- Manage project costs, variations, and contract administration.

- Review and certify subcontractor claims and payment applications.

- Prepare progress payments and final accounts for clients.

- Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.

- Support tendering activities and evaluate quotations.

- Mentor junior QS engineers and prepare cost reports.

***YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good negotiating, good communication. Good using for Ms Office, Auto CAD, others specialized software. Design or Supervision Certificate of MEP Works. Fluent English (speaking / writing well).

• Be hard-working.

• Have skill to make design drawing, shop drawing, calculation and make design explanation.

• Have responsibility in works, skills to control safety, quality & progress management.

• Have been worked for Japanese Main Contractor/ have a supervision practice certificate, who will be high in the list of priorities.

• Working at projects to be assigned by superior.
