Tuyển dụng QHSE Manager tại Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu

Key Resposibility: Develop, implement, and maintain QHSSE Management System across Offshore Vessel Management, Geotechnical/Geophysical Survey, and Human Supply Services to safeguard personnel, assets, and regulatory compliance.

System Management

Design and update the QHSSE Management System following international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM Code).

Safety & Environment

Champion safety culture, lead hazard risk assessments, oversee emergency preparedness, and enforce environmental compliance (MARPOL & local laws).

Audits & Incident Response

Lead root-cause investigations for all incidents/near-misses; manage internal and external audits (ISO, ISM, client); act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies.

Training & Compliance

Deliver QHSSE training across staff, contractors, and crew; support client meetings to promote company capabilities.

Stop-Work Authority

Authority to halt any operation deemed unsafe or non-compliant (in consultation with operational management and immediate notification to MD).

Working Conditions

Office-based in Vung Tau with 30% field/vessel travel and on-call availability for urgent emergency responses.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, Marine Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Certifications preferred

NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (9001/14001/45001), and ISM Code Auditor / DPA.

Experience

10–15 years in QHSSE, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership within offshore, maritime, oil & gas, or heavy industry.

Skills

Fluent in English (mandatory); deep knowledge of Vietnamese and international maritime/QHSSE regulations; strong leadership and risk management skills.
