• Prepare, update and consolidate the weekly raw materials on-time delivery (OTD) report.
• Review and monitor the weekly PO release upon the Yonyou MRP.
• Formulate and execute monthly vendor visit plan and consolidate meeting minutes.
• Establish and implement quarterly unit price management strategies for raw materials.
• Develop and execute monthly sourcing plan for new supplier development.
• Train buyers on quality control management awareness and strategies to improve inventory turnover rates, as well as anti-corruption.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a background in science and engineering related major.
• More than 6 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing plants, including at least 2 years experience in sourcing supervisor position.
• Familiarity with Chinese culture, quick response, proficiency in Chinese preferred, English writing request.
• Proficient in the processing technology and cost structure of electronic Components (PCB, IC, Passive devices) and hardware parts (stamping, die Casting, machining).
• Possesses exceptional business negotiation skills and resilience under pressure.
• Able to read engineering and BOM.
• Adaptable to business trips, possesses strong physical strength and energy can independently handle high-intensity supplier visit and on-site production monitoring.
• Good coordination during Chinese vendor & Vietnamese vendor
