Job Description:

We are looking for a Professional Librarian to manage school learning resources and library facilities, handle procurement of educational materials, and support a vibrant reading and learning culture in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized, and resource-protected library and materials center.

Catalog, inventory, and update learning resources, books, and teaching tools.

Handle budgeting, purchasing, and vendor coordination for books, equipment, and classroom materials.

Assist students and staff in locating resources and conducting research.

Organize reading classes, study workshops, and campus-wide reading promotion events.

Manage and update content on the library portal/website (e.g., book reviews, recommendations).

Respond to inquiries and apply digital systems to optimize resource management.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Library Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

High attention to detail and meticulous in work.

Comfortable working with technology and data (MS Excel, Google Drive, online management systems, and web apps).

Systematic thinking with strong problem-solving and resourceful skills.

Good teamwork skills with proactive and flexible communication.

Fluent or confident in spoken and written English.

Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality.

Experience in school libraries, resource management, or educational procurement is an advantage.
