Tuyển dụng Production Engineer tại Đồng Nai

We are looking for a Production Engineer to lead our production mold team. You will manage molds, control mold downtime, and build the documentation (PFC, SOP, SIC) that keeps our injection operations stable, efficient, and ISO-compliant.

Daily Production & Mold Downtime Control

Review top issues logged by team leaders in the Hydra software.

Prepare daily reports on top issues related to mold downtime (mold changes, mold failures, mold cleaning).

Coordinate with Maintenance, HSE, and GA, and ensure 6S standards are maintained.

Work with the Moldshop, QAC, and Development to resolve mold-related issues.

Review the train driver report.

Mold Management

Monitor mold repairs and update repair status in reports.

Manage the mold warehouse.

Evaluate and inspect new molds, then report to the BOD and Supervisor.

Run test trials on new and existing molds and establish injection conditions for each item, then record them in the SIC (Standard Injection Control).

Documentation

Prepare and update the PFC (Process Flow Chart): gather item information such as drying temperature and time, spraying power, cycle time, and mold size, then obtain Manager approval and release to the factory.

Prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): study standard processes, photograph each step, confirm quality specifications with QAC, then obtain approval and release to the factory.

Prepare and update SIC (Standard Injection Control) documents: collect relevant data such as material, mold, size, injection settings, and drying temperature, then fill in the standard form and obtain approval before releasing to the factory.

Prepare item name labels, sourcing product pictures and material information.

System & Compliance

Ensure all production processes follow ISO templates.

Support external audits.

Control inventory of production accessories and equipment (gloves, oil, scissors, pliers, drills, etc.).

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role (injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good English writing and speaking skills

Strong management and team leadership skills

Training and coaching skills for production staff

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
• Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh/ Dong Nai (Hang Xanh/ Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
