Tuyển dụng Product Specialist, Zalo Video (Commerce) tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are looking for a Product Delivery – Commerce to drive the development and delivery of commerce capabilities on Zalo Video, with a focus on Advertising, Affiliate and Livestream Commerce. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Business, Operations and Legal/Compliance to turn commerce opportunities into scalable product & business solutions.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of commerce initiatives across Ads, Affiliate and Livestream Commerce;
• Translate business and user needs into product requirements, user flows and business rules;
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design and relevant stakeholders from planning to launch;
• Develop commerce integrations connecting content, creators, businesses and users across the Zalo ecosystem;
• Work with Legal/Compliance and Operations to establish scalable commerce policies and operational flows;
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, conversion and revenue.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Product, Business Analysis, Product Operations or related roles;
• Experience in commerce, advertising, affiliate, livestream, marketplace or creator platforms is preferred;
• Strong product thinking, problem-solving and execution skills;
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured requirements and actionable solutions;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management;
• Data-driven & user-centric mindset; SQL/analytics knowledge is a plus.
