• Conduct market research and analyze information related to assigned products, including customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Develop product documentation, technical materials, and application-related resources.
• Design and deliver product training programs for the sales team and other relevant departments.
• Provide technical and application support to the sales team through seminars, product presentations, customer training sessions, and solution-based consultations.
• Support the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of instruments and reagents.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement effective product promotion and branding activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry experts related to the assigned product portfolio.
• Coordinate and prepare regulatory documentation for medical devices, including import licenses, product classification, product declaration, and registration dossiers in compliance with local regulations.
• Stay updated on regulations, circulars, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities.
• Analyze, monitor, and consolidate product portfolio data, and prepare reports for manufacturers/principals and company management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• At least 1–2 years of experience working with molecular biology products, IVD solutions, biotechnology applications, or in a similar Product Specialist role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
