As a Product Specialist – Governance Growth, you will approach governance from a growth perspective — identifying frictions that prevent users and businesses from creating more value on the platform, and designing mechanisms to unlock these opportunities in a sustainable way.

You will explore new opportunities, develop growth tactics, and design mechanisms to drive user and business growth while maintaining the long-term health of the platform.

• Identify and analyze frictions across the user-business journey that limit business growth and user adoption on the platform;
• Identify governance unlock opportunities by finding ways to remove unnecessary barriers while maintaining platform quality and safety;
• Develop growth tactics and mechanisms to unlock new opportunities for businesses and users on the platform;
• Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and identify scalable growth opportunities;
• Use data and user insights to identify root causes, prioritize opportunities, and measure the impact of initiatives;
• Balance growth and platform health, ensuring that growth initiatives do not negatively impact user experience or ecosystem quality;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Business, Governance, and other teams to turn opportunities into scalable platform solutions;
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to unlock greater value across the platform.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Platform, or related fields;
• Strong understanding of growth, user behavior, engagement, and product funnels;
• Strong ability to identify frictions and growth opportunities from data, user behavior, and business context;
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, growth tactics, or product optimization is highly preferred;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with ambiguous problems;
• Ability to balance growth, user experience, and platform health;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and turn insights into actionable product strategies and solutions.
