• Analyze product sales, revenue, product mix, pricing, and store performance to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
• Support product pricing and promotion analysis, including competitor benchmarking and profitability evaluation.
• Prepare sales forecasts and demand plans for new and existing products based on historical data, seasonality, campaigns, and business plans.
• Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations for product optimization, launch, promotion, or discontinuation.
• Support new product development through market research, product benchmarking, sales potential, and commercial analysis.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify trends and new product opportunities.
• Work with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure effective product planning and execution.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to support management decision making.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Management, Business Analysis, Sales Planning, or related roles, preferably in F&B/FMCG/Retail.
• Strong skills in data analysis, pricing, sales forecasting, and commercial analysis.
• Proficient in Power Point, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of F&B business, consumer behavior, and product performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.
