Tuyển dụng Product Manager, Adtima tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop and scale innovative advertising products within the Zalo ecosystem. The role is flexible levels depending on experience and capability. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from market research, ideation, development to performance optimization. At higher levels, the role includes team leadership and strategic ownership.

• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new advertising product opportunities;
• Develop a deep understanding of Adtima & Zalo ecosystem (Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing News, Báo Mới);
• Define product concepts, requirements, roadmap, and success metrics;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, BI, Operations, Sales, Planner, BD) to deliver products on time;
• Monitor product performance, revenue, and effectiveness; propose optimization actions;
• Lead and develop a small product team, set goals, and ensure execution quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields;
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Ads domain is a plus);
• Strong business mindset and product thinking;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product delivery;
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
• Team leadership experience is required for Associate Manager level.
