Mô tả công việc Procurement cum Export Operation Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Submit monthly NVO volume reports to the Manager
  • Manage and arrange bookings with shipping liners/airlines/co-loaders according to shipment plans
  • Manage House B/L & AWB issuance, revenue, and shipment costs.
  • Comply with the company’s quality management system and department procedures.
  • Ensure productivity and service quality, meeting customer requirements.
  • Handle daily operational tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of air freight and ocean freight markets.
  • Strong network and good relationships with shipping lines and carriers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills in freight rates and service terms
  • Certain tasks will be assigned directly by BOD and GM.

REQUIREMENT

  • College degree or above in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
  • Knowledge of import and export operations
  • Good English skills to be able to read documents, exchange emails, make phone calls, or communicate at work are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/ Excel/ Email/ Internet)
  • Clear communication, good planning, analytical & problem-solving skills, teamwork, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible in handling situations; cooperative, dedicated, supportive.
  • Agile, able to organize tasks effectively.
  • Having experience working for a Japanese company is preferred
